You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use course materials solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You may not:

6. Course Enrollment and Payment

Course enrollment and pricing are subject to the terms displayed at the time of purchase. All fees are stated in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) unless otherwise specified. Payment must be completed before course access is granted. Design Diagnosis Academy accepts various payment methods as displayed on the enrollment page.

Refund eligibility is determined on a per-course basis and is clearly stated during enrollment. Requests for refunds must be submitted within the specified timeframe. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. Design Diagnosis Academy reserves the right to deny refunds for courses substantially accessed or completed.

If payment fails or is declined, your course access may be suspended until payment is successfully processed. Repeated payment failures may result in account suspension.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Warranties

Design Diagnosis Academy provides educational content and diagnostic assessments on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive to ensure accuracy and quality, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of course materials
• The suitability of our courses for your specific career goals or circumstances
• Employment outcomes, salary increases, or career advancement resulting from course completion
• Uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform
• The absence of viruses, malware, or other harmful code

Design Diagnosis Academy does not guarantee that completing our courses will result in employment, promotions, or specific career outcomes. Course completion is not a substitute for professional experience, formal credentials, or industry certifications. Results vary based on individual effort, prior knowledge, and market conditions.
